Plenty of useful features Great compatibility and file support Recordings are analyzed and labeled correctly The interface is clean and modern
Its functionality comes with a price
Audials Music is probably an audio recorder and converter with the most features we have tested. You can try it out for free, or you can pay a one-time price for a lifetime license of the tool. The most famous feature it's known for, is its ability to record anything coming through your sound card with ease, and actually determine what you recorded.
You can use the tool with music streaming services such as Deezer or Spotify. It analyzes and records the audio material at the same quality you actually hear when you play it. For example, running a Spotify station for a couple of hours is great to test it out.
It separates each song and puts them in a playlist. The volume is normalized and the audio files are labeled (artist, album, year of release, etc.). What's more interesting, commercials are labeled differently and they are easy to pick out and delete. Another amazing feature is its double-speed or even faster recording, which is great to quickly record an entire album!
The conversion time or the time it takes to convert from one audio file to another is lightning fast and it's compatible with at least 40 audio formats. It can also work with video files, supporting at least 40 formats as well.
